Jamaican Sprinter Usain Bolt Acknowledges The Impact Of Jude Bellingham At Real Madrid

Former Sprinter and Football Fan Usain Bolt hailed the effect of  Jude Bellinghamat Real Madrid ahead of the Laureus World Sports Awards on Monday.

During a press conference, Bolt  stated that Bellingham had pleased many people, not just himself. He stated that when he joined Real Madrid, they expected great things from him, but he has risen to an unexpected level.

Bolt  has demonstrated that despite his youth, he will be among the best footballers of his generation.

Bolt encountered Bellingham on the red carpet before the Laureus ceremony and the two re-enacted the open arms goal celebration of Bellingham, which was seen again on Sunday after a stoppage time El Clasico triumph over Barcelona.

It was Bellingham's 21st goal of an extraordinary first season in Madrid, which might end with the 20-year-old winning both the LaLiga and the Champions League.

At this year's Laureus Awards, the England midfielder earned World Breakthrough of the Year.

The Laureus Awards, now in their 25th year  honour top athletes in eight categories.

Aitana Bonmatí was named Sportswoman of the Year, while Novak Djokovic won Sportsman of the Year.
