Ingredients
Wheat Flour
Butter
Sugar.
Method
- Cream the room temperature butter.
- Add powdered sugar while mixing gently.
- Scrape bowl down, add the flour and mix until well combined.
- Transfer dough onto a floured surface
- Wrap in plastic and chill until firm
- Preheat oven to 350F then remove dough from refrigerator, roll and cut into desired shapes.
- Place pieces onto a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Use a fork or skewer to create a pattern on top.
- Bake at 350F for 10 min.
- Remove, cool and serve with a beverage.
