Former Liverpool Striker Sadio Mane Married His Longterm Lover Aisha Tamba

Former Liverpool Striker Sadio Mane  married his longtime partner Aisha Tamba in a private ceremony in Dakar, Senegal on Sunday, January 7.

This comes just six days before the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), which begins in Ivory Coast on Saturday, January 13.

The Al Nassr player is now in training with his Senegalese teammates ahead of the 2023 AFCON competition. Mane also showed off a stadium he built in his village of Bambali before departing for AFCON responsibilities.

According to reports, the 31-year-old Al Nassr striker initially noticed Aisha Tamba when she was 16 years old, but he did not approach her formally since she was a minor, and he had been covertly courting her before they married over the weekend.

Aisha Tamba posed in her white gown in a post published by Senegalese photographer Magvision, while Mane wore a traditional white Arabian attire.

Aisha Tamba was born in the town of Casamance, which is adjacent to the village of Bambali, where Mane is originally from. Reportedly, she hails from a lowly family and, curiously, she does not use social media.

Sadio Mane revealed in 2022 who his ideal bride would be. He said that he has been questioned by a number of ladies on his marital status and the reason he is single, but he will marry a person who is neither religious or active on social media.

Mane said that  she wants to marry a woman who respects God and prays well. Everyone has their own way of making their choice of love
